Operations Engineer

About the role

Odin is building investment infrastructure for private markets to make raising and deploying capital easier. This role involves understanding, simplifying, and automating operational processes to help the company scale from hundreds to thousands of deals annually. You will work within a small, elite team to build agents and tools that turn human-driven workflows into software.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document existing operational processes, edge cases, and manual steps.
• Redesign and automate manual workflows into scalable systems and tools.
• Bridge the gap between operations and engineering by identifying when to build lightweight solutions versus deeper engineering projects.
• Question existing processes and eliminate unnecessary complexity or low-value tasks.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to implement improvements.
