Your role involves consulting clients on digital transformation and driving the continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Realize large-scale IT projects using agile, classic, or hybrid methodologies.
- Translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes while acting as a Product Owner in agile setups.
- Manage interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholder interfaces.
- Facilitate client workshops and develop strategies for efficient digital solution implementation.
- Identify optimization potential in internal and external collaboration and manage change processes.
- Mentor project management colleagues and further develop the company's methodology toolset.
