About the role

The Finance & Strategy team enables better decision-making across the company by grounding strategic bets in financial reality. You will work closely with business teams and C-level leadership to build business plans, monitor performance, and drive high-impact initiatives. This role involves building financial models, managing investor relations, and maintaining tools for performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Build business plans to drive profitable growth, margin expansion, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor financial and operational performance to identify value drivers and necessary adjustments.
• Steer high-impact initiatives such as pricing strategies and procurement tools.
• Contribute to investor relations, fundraising, and board meeting preparation.
• Build and maintain financial planning tools and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with Data, Business, and Finance teams to interpret monthly financial performance.
