About the role

As a Senior Consultant for digital administration projects in the Migration & Interior department, you will advise public sector clients on complex digitalization initiatives. You will bridge the gap between technical requirements, administrative processes, and digital solutions, guiding projects from initial concept through to successful implementation. Your role involves developing target visions, moderating stakeholder workshops, and ensuring the practical impact of digital services.

Responsibilities

• Advise public sector clients on IT and digitalization projects with a focus on migration, interior affairs, and internal security.
• Analyze complex organizational and process-related issues to develop actionable recommendations and target visions.
• Conceptualize and moderate workshops, interviews, and coordination formats to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Structure and prioritize requirements, translating them into digital solutions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Oversee the implementation of concepts from analysis and requirements gathering through to pilot testing and go-live.
