About the role

The MVZ Hochfranken Fachärzte is seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager to optimize operational processes, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and lead the non-medical team. This role serves as a key contact for patients, staff, and external partners while overseeing quality management, billing, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Manage practice operations, including patient and complaint management, and oversee internal workflows across various medical departments.
• Provide disciplinary and professional leadership for non-medical staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Oversee billing processes (EBM/GOÄ), KV-formalities, and budget controlling in coordination with management.
• Maintain and update quality management systems and serve as the primary interface for authorities and external service providers.
• Drive organizational and technical development, including software implementation and digitalization projects.

Qualifications
