Engineering Manager

About the role

Wemolo is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their B2C Driver team. You will mentor a talented team, drive the delivery of impactful projects, and stay hands-on with the technology while collaborating with Product and Customer Success to improve the user experience for drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the B2C team, building a culture of collaboration, ownership and learning
• Stay connected to the codebase and architecture through hands-on work while supporting your team in making sound technical decisions
• Own planning and delivery across backend and frontend work, with a strong focus on quality
• Implement and refine best practices in development, code review, and deployment to make us better every sprint
• Work closely with Product and Customer Success to turn driver feedback into product improvements
• Help your team grow their skills through coaching, feedback, and development opportunities
