About the role

As a Senior Consultant for digital administration projects in the Migration & Interior department, you will advise public sector clients on complex digitalization initiatives. You will bridge the gap between administration, subject matter expertise, and technology to develop sustainable solutions from initial concept to successful implementation. You will work in interdisciplinary teams to shape the future of digital administration in a socially and politically relevant environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise public sector clients on IT and digitalization projects with a focus on migration, interior affairs, and internal security.
• Analyze complex professional, organizational, and procedural issues to develop target images, options for action, and recommendations.
• Conceptualize and moderate workshops, interviews, and coordination formats to guide stakeholders through change processes.
• Structure and prioritize requirements and translate professional needs into digital solutions with interdisciplinary teams.
• Accompany the implementation of concepts from analysis and requirements gathering through to pilot testing and go-live.

Qualifications

• University degree
