About the role

As a Senior Consultant for digital administration projects in the Migration & Interior department, you will advise public sector clients on complex digitalization initiatives. You will bridge the gap between administration, subject matter expertise, and technology to develop sustainable solutions from initial concept to successful implementation. You will work in interdisciplinary teams to shape the future of digital administration in a socially and politically relevant environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise public administration clients on IT and digitalization projects with a focus on migration, interior affairs, and internal security.
• Analyze complex organizational and process-related issues to develop target images, action options, and recommendations.
• Conceptualize and moderate workshops, interviews, and coordination formats to guide stakeholders through change processes.
• Structure and prioritize requirements and translate them into digital solutions in collaboration with project and development teams.
• Oversee the implementation of concepts from analysis and requirements gathering through to pilot testing and go-live.
