About the role

Bjak is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support global hiring across multiple functions as the company scales. This hands-on role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with stakeholders, and building talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and locations.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities.
• Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring strategies.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline insights to hiring managers and stakeholders.
