About the role
Pallet is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to build our commercial presence across Europe. You will own net-new enterprise acquisition, develop relationships with major logistics providers, and establish the playbook for our international expansion. This role involves consultative selling of AI-powered workflow automation to executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle across EMEA, from outbound prospecting through contract signature.
- Build and maintain a 3x-4x qualified pipeline through disciplined outbound execution.
- Develop relationships with executive stakeholders including COO, CIO, and VPs of Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology.
- Lead consultative discovery sessions that map operational workflows to AI agent capabilities.
- Scope and lead structured pilots that demonstrate measurable operational ROI.
- Build executive business cases that align operational improvements with financial outcomes.
- Document repeatable customer use cases and market feedback to shape product roadmap and international GTM strategy.
