About the role

The Finance Projects and Transformation Manager will lead structural projects to improve the performance, reliability, and efficiency of finance processes and tools. Reporting to the Group Finance Department, the role involves managing a cross-functional scope including accounting, management control, treasury, and internal audit. The position requires coordinating with IT and business teams to drive transformation, automation, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the finance transformation project roadmap.
• Lead projects from scoping through to deployment.
• Optimize, harmonize, and automate financial processes.
• Oversee the evolution of finance information systems and tools.
• Manage ERP, EPM, reporting, and data visualization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Lead change management initiatives for finance teams.
• Manage a team of three staff members focused on accounting systems and processes.
