Senior Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales)

About the role

As a Zip Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the primary pre-sales technical point of contact for the Zip solution suite. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, helping them understand how the platform delivers value and fits within their technical landscape. You will partner with account executives to drive deals to closure by performing technical discovery, product demonstrations, and architectural recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to sales efforts across EMEA by supporting customer-facing conversations, conducting discovery, and demonstrating solutions
• Own responsibility for responding to customer questions, demos, RFx, and questionnaires
• Partner with the Sales team to deliver on sales objectives
• Conduct technical discovery meetings to document, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements
• Validate and educate prospects on integration strategies that meet their business needs
• Partner with the Post-Sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding
• Provide feedback to help improve processes and products
