About the role
As a Junior Computational Geometry Engineer, you will work on the geometry core of the Manufacturing Intelligence stack. You will be responsible for developing the engine that processes customer CAD models, determines manufacturing strategies, and verifies production accuracy. You will work closely with experienced engineers to build and maintain code that directly controls factory hardware.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the geometry core of the Manufacturing Intelligence stack
- Reason about manufacturing processes for arbitrary customer CAD models
- Implement robust algorithms to handle geometry, topology, and mesh data
- Collaborate with senior engineers to refine and scale the geometry engine
- Test and validate code performance on real-world manufacturing hardware
