Senior Backend Software Engineer

About the role

Atolls is looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join the Fulfilment team in Paris. You will be instrumental in developing and launching innovative saving and rewards programs, focusing on secure authentication, scalable self-services, and proactive fraud prevention. Your work will directly impact how millions of consumers interact with the platform to make informed shopping decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and components using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS and related technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and engineering and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebases, optimizing application performance and scalability.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services seamlessly while staying updated on web development trends.
• Document code and processes comprehensively while following security best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, contributing to architectural and technology selection decisions.
