Senior CRM Manager

About the role

As a Senior CRM Manager, you will drive the development of CRM and lifecycle strategies for OMR Education and OMR Festival. You will design automated customer journeys, manage lead nurturing, and ensure personalized communication across the entire customer lifecycle. By leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize campaigns to enhance customer retention and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve CRM and lifecycle strategies, including retention and sunset concepts for inactive contacts.
• Design automated customer journeys across the entire lifecycle from initial contact to long-term loyalty.
• Develop lead-nurturing tracks and lead magnets while incorporating mobile lead generation.
• Write and optimize newsletters and email campaigns for B2B and B2C target groups.
• Create segmentation, personalization, and lead-scoring concepts based on user and customer data.
• Gather insights through customer surveys and feedback to derive actionable CRM measures.
• Analyze campaigns, customer journeys, and KPIs to implement data-driven optimizations.
• Coordinate with product teams and stakeholders to align CRM activities with the product roadmap.
