The Junior Process Automation Engineer will identify and optimize automation potential within customer experience processes. Working within a small development team, the role involves creating intuitive frontend solutions for internal tools and maintaining the company's automation platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation and optimization potential in CX processes and develop technical solutions.
• Develop intuitive and user-friendly frontend solutions for internal CX tools.
• Manage and continuously improve the frontend of the automation platform.
• Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for frontend development.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize interfaces and processes.
