Senior AI Evangelist & Developer Advocate, Agentic AI

About the role

As a Senior AI Evangelist & Developer Advocate, you will bring NiCE's agentic AI products to life through compelling content and public speaking. You will work proactively to research topics, build prototypes, and create demos that showcase the value of agentic AI to technical and business audiences. This role sits within Product Marketing and requires a hands-on approach to building with AI tools while maintaining a consistent narrative across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build an AI-first evangelism practice covering launches, thought leadership and market developments
• Stay at the forefront of agentic AI, voice AI and AI tooling to assess market relevance
• Build AI agents, demos and prototypes using Cognigy, coding agents and vibe coding tools
• Partner with Product and NiCE Labs to translate new capabilities into clear value stories
• Write, record and edit video content including capability clips and build-along walkthroughs
• Create high-impact presentations for webinars, conferences, podcasts and customer engagements
• Engage the builder and developer community through content and live demos
• Provide revenue teams with demo videos, decks and assets to support sales enablement

Qualifications

• Proven body of public work such as videos, podcasts, conference talks or livestreams
• Hands-on experience with agentic building and vibe coding
• Strong technical understanding of AI and SaaS products
• Native or near-native English proficiency
