Deployment Lead

About the role

The Deployment Lead is an entrepreneurial role responsible for managing end-to-end deployments of Dryft's AI models within manufacturing environments. You will bridge the gap between C-level executives and shop-floor operators, turning complex workflows into scalable product features. This position requires a hands-on approach to solving high-pressure problems and shaping the company's product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments end-to-end from executive workshops to production use across customer plants.
• Collaborate with users and engineering to turn messy workflows into product features.
• Build and lead the deployment team while creating repeatable playbooks for scaling.
• Manage relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and shop-floor operators.
• Drive the product roadmap by translating customer needs into actionable technical solutions.
