About the role
Flink Robotics is a startup building autonomous robots for material handling and parcel sorting. We are seeking a hands-on Deployment Engineer Intern to assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of robotic systems at customer sites. This role involves working closely with field teams to ensure system performance and providing support during the ramp-up phase.
Responsibilities
- Support assembly, configuration and tests of our robots in the lab and on-site
- Help plan and execute on-site installations for a smooth customer handover
- Tune perception and motion modules in production
- Train operators and provide hands-on support during ramp-up
- Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues remotely and on-site
- Represent Flink at customer demos, pilots and trade shows
- Feed field data back to engineering to unlock new use cases
