Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

The Forward Deployed Engineer splits time between engineering and customer interaction to lead full-stack rollouts and design the product backbone. This role involves owning implementations end-to-end, translating user pain into product improvements, and turning operational insights into reusable features. It is a high-ownership position requiring the ability to navigate stakeholders from IT to the C-level while shipping working solutions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack rollouts by owning implementations end-to-end from scoping and onboarding to integration and training.
• Align IT teams, engineers, and C-level executives across Germany, the EU, and the US.
• Design the product backbone by working hands-on with users to translate pain points into product improvements.
• Prototype features and write production code to address customer needs.
• Turn operational learnings into reusable product features, data models, and playbooks.
