About the role

The Impact Producer will own the external storytelling and event presence for the ElevenLabs Impact Program, which focuses on democratizing access to AI technology for healthcare, education, and culture. This hands-on role involves coordinating PR, agency management, social launches, documentary-style case studies, and event production. You will ensure that all projects meet high creative standards while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production of Impact's documentary case studies, including onsite filming and collaboration with external production teams.
  • Work alongside case study subjects, particularly those with disabilities, to ensure their input and needs shape the project.
  • Plan and execute conferences and activations to drive impact and brand presence.
  • Support communications efforts by coordinating PR and partner announcements.
  • Partner with the design team to maintain brand consistency across video and static collateral.
  • Draft copy for social and blog content while managing multiple concurrent launches and events.
