Senior Technical Onboarding & Engagement Manager

About the role

Algolia is seeking a Senior Technical Onboarding & Engagement Manager to lead complex and strategic customer onboarding programs. You will partner with internal teams and customer stakeholders to transform objectives into structured implementation programs, guiding organizations from mobilization through production launch. This role requires a balance of technical implementation expertise, project leadership, and strategic customer management to drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers on structured pre-to-post sales handoffs.
• Define AI search requirements and project plans in collaboration with Professional Services teams.
• Own a portfolio of strategic customer onboarding programs from mobilization through production launch.
• Establish delivery strategy, governance, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Translate customer business and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans.
• Build trusted partnerships with customer leadership to provide clear communication on project health and risks.
• Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks while leading escalations.
• Improve onboarding at scale by identifying operational gaps and mentoring peers.
