Deployment Architect - Email & SMS / Messaging

About the role

The Deployment Architect will own the end-to-end deployment and migration process for enterprise Email and SMS customers. This role involves leading technical discovery, designing scalable messaging architectures, and managing complex implementations from initial requirements through to production launch.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end deployment and migration for enterprise Email/SMS customers, from technical discovery through successful production launch
• Lead technical discovery and implementation workshops, translating customer requirements into scalable messaging architecture
• Assess customers' existing ESP and messaging infrastructure and develop migration plans that manage dependencies and mitigate risk
• Drive implementation across technical and business stakeholders, including configuration, integration, testing, validation, and launch readiness
• Lead SMS provisioning and implementation, including sender setup, registration, and consent flows
• Partner with Deliverability Specialists on sender authentication, domain and IP strategy, and reputation management
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, proactively identifying architectural decisions, risks, and blockers
• Build repeatable frameworks, documentation, and tooling to improve deployment efficiency and scalability
