Customer Success Associate (Sustainability)

About the role

Worldly is seeking a Customer Success Associate to support the APAC team with customer data operations, program delivery, training, and platform support. The role involves managing supplier lists, ensuring data accuracy, delivering customer training, and handling platform inquiries. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable with large data sets and capable of communicating effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain detailed record-keeping of customers' supplier lists and update data from source documents.
• Compile, verify, and import data into the Worldly platform on behalf of customers.
• Support facility list management, adoption programs, and reporting needs for customers.
• Deliver training sessions and host office hours for APAC customers.
• Answer platform and brand requirements inquiries regarding deadlines and verification bookings.
• Assist the Regional Lead in overseeing and shaping the CS Support Ninja workflow.
• Organize translation of training and guidance content.
