About the role

Talentsconnect is transforming its HR department into a Hybrid Resources function where humans and AI collaborate. As a student worker, you will support the Best Home team in managing HR processes, office operations, and event planning while actively contributing to the automation of workflows using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding
• Manage and digitize HR documentation and contracts
• Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Assist in the planning and execution of internal company events
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation for departmental tasks

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student with at least two semesters remaining
