About the role

Quadriga Media Berlin GmbH is seeking a motivated Trainee to join their 3-person People & Culture team. This 18-month program offers the opportunity to support HR processes, manage the employee life cycle, and contribute to recruiting and internal communications within a media and training company of approximately 150 employees.

Responsibilities

• Support employees throughout the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Manage specific recruiting processes from job posting to contract signing
• Optimize HR processes and contribute ideas for the use of AI tools
• Assist with internal corporate communications and the organization of internal events
• Conduct active sourcing to attract suitable candidates

Qualifications
