Head of AI & Data

About the role

The Head of AI & Data will lead the development and implementation of AI, data, and digital solutions within the Eberhardt Service Group. This role bridges corporate strategy, operational processes, and technology to create measurable impact through automation and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will define the AI and data roadmap, manage initiatives from concept to production, and build the necessary team and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI and data strategy in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI, digitalization, and automation across business units.
• Manage the end-to-end development and implementation of AI applications and data-based solutions.
• Establish data governance, standards, and security protocols to ensure responsible AI usage.
• Define KPIs and business cases to measure the efficiency and productivity impact of AI initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the AI and data team while fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
