Responsibilities

• Collect, check, and process data for service contracts
• Prepare standard calculations and quotations
• Monitor contract durations, mileages, and maintenance agreements
• Identify deviations in contract usage and vehicle data
• Support account managers and service branches with contract-related inquiries
• Analyze maintenance history and contract performance
• Propose recalculations, extensions, and contract adjustments
