Financial Accountant Real Estate

About the role

The Financial Accountant will independently manage day-to-day financial accounting for property and holding companies. This role involves preparing financial statements under HGB and Luxembourg GAAP, handling VAT returns, and supporting financial process optimisation. The position requires a professional who can act as a key contact for stakeholders and contribute to various finance department projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial accounting for property and holding companies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under HGB and Luxembourg GAAP
• Prepare and submit VAT returns
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare annual tax documentation for tax advisers
• Support the optimisation of financial processes and systems
