The Teamleiter Finance / Bilanzbuchhalter will oversee the financial accounting department and ensure the accuracy of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS standards. This role acts as a key interface between controlling, payroll, and financial accounting while managing payment processes and financial controls. The position also involves optimizing accounting workflows and ensuring compliance with commercial and tax regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
- Lead the financial accounting team
- Ensure proper accounting of all business transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting
- Manage payment processes and financial controls
- Monitor data flow from upstream systems into the financial accounting system
- Optimize accounting process workflows such as invoice processing
- Support audits by authorities, shareholders, and the parent company
