About the role

As a Werkstudent in Business Operations, you will work at the intersection of data, automation, and operational processes to drive data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for developing internal reporting dashboards, identifying manual processes for automation, and implementing AI-supported workflows. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of technical solutions and improve operational efficiency using modern tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business operations dashboards using Claude Code and integrate data from HubSpot and other systems.
• Define and document key performance indicators and ensure data quality by identifying and resolving data gaps.
• Identify recurring manual tasks and implement automation workflows using tools like Zapier, HubSpot, APIs, or custom scripts.
• Create AI-supported workflows and integrations between systems such as Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Translate business requirements from various teams into technical or automated solutions.
