About the role

In this role, you will lead the production controlling department of a medium-sized manufacturing company and act as the central controlling contact for subsidiaries. You will be responsible for analyzing production costs and processes, developing key performance indicators, and providing actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production costs and processes, develop relevant KPIs, and derive actionable recommendations.
• Manage cost and performance accounting, production cost calculations, and variance analysis.
• Oversee controlling for international subsidiaries, including plausibility checks and standardizing group-wide controlling processes.
• Prepare and comment on monthly reporting and participate in budget planning and forecasting.
• Support audits and ERP projects while collaborating with production, procurement, sales, and finance departments.
• Lead the team, set priorities, and participate in daily operational tasks.
