Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

LiveEO is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of SurfaceScout, a core product that transforms satellite data into actionable insights for critical infrastructure. This role involves end-to-end ownership of the application, from user-facing features to backend services and data architecture. You will work within a cross-functional squad to design scalable systems, mentor team members, and drive technical excellence using a TypeScript and Python stack.

Responsibilities

• Design and build features end to end using TypeScript and Python.
• Implement integrations with platform and data services to ensure reliable data flows.
• Collaborate across teams to align on architecture, APIs, and engineering standards.
• Own key architectural decisions including service boundaries, data models, and deployment patterns.
• Iterate on feedback from stakeholders to evolve features into production-grade solutions.
• Mentor teammates and review code to maintain high engineering standards.
• Champion best practices in code quality, documentation, testing, and observability.
