Sanovio is seeking an AI Engineering Intern to contribute to the development of end-to-end AI systems for healthcare procurement workflows. This role involves collaborating with a high-performing team to build AI-enabled applications and features in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The intern will gain practical experience in software engineering and AI while working directly on production-level systems.
Responsibilities
- Work across the full stack to build AI agents and AI-enabled workflows end-to-end
- Improve search and matching quality for products, suppliers, and documents
- Build evaluations to measure quality and iterate quickly
- Build data pipelines to process large-scale unstructured data efficiently
- Support backend improvements to keep systems scalable, stable, and efficient
- Improve reliability of AI workflows through structured outputs, tool calling, and guardrails
