Manager - Data Scientist

About the role

Capco is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team to work on strategic projects related to securitization and data platform transformation within complex CIB environments. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, modernize data architectures, and contribute to the definition of data and AI strategies for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data Science and AI projects from requirements definition to solution deployment.
• Build robust data models ensuring historization, traceability, and auditability for insurance and securitization data.
• Design advanced machine learning, prediction, segmentation, or optimization models.
• Provide functional and technical support to teams during post-migration phases.
• Contribute to the commercial development and influence of the Data & Analytics practice.
