AI Engineer

About the role

Lemrock is building the infrastructure for agentic commerce, enabling brands to sell directly within conversational AI interfaces. You will join a high-standards team to develop and scale the core agentic and recommendation systems that process millions of monthly interactions. This role involves building end-to-end pipelines and deploying models that operate in real-world production environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale conversational interaction datasets to uncover behavioral patterns and performance drivers.
• Design and deploy agentic pipelines end-to-end, from data ingestion to model orchestration and monitoring.
• Build autonomous agents to maintain the accuracy of the knowledge infrastructure.
• Update and fine-tune recommendation and ranking algorithms with a focus on latency and robustness.
• Design and train new recommendation models with a focus on scalability and evaluation rigor.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background
