About the role

As a Delivery Enabler, you will guide interdisciplinary teams through the AI transformation and help evolve the role of the Scrum Master. You will work within a collaborative IT consulting environment to support digital strategy and software development projects across various sectors. Your focus will be on strengthening teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring efficient delivery in an evolving technological landscape.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen development teams by removing obstacles and fostering effective working structures.
• Manage stakeholder interests to ensure clear communication and efficient decision-making.
• Secure delivery by using metrics to demonstrate value and address risks early.
• Enable teams to integrate AI agents and tools while managing associated process changes.
• Contribute to the development of the Delivery Enabler role within the internal guild.
