Senior Treasury Manager

About the role

Finom is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to build and operate the company's treasury function. This hands-on role involves managing liquidity, safeguarding client funds, and establishing robust governance and investment accounting systems within a regulated environment. You will be responsible for ensuring mandate compliance, managing banking relationships, and automating treasury processes to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily liquidity positioning, float, and intraday funding across entities and accounts.
• Oversee portfolio management of safeguarded client funds and ensure safeguarding adequacy.
• Develop and maintain the investment policy, limit framework, and eligible-instrument register.
• Implement and manage investment accounting and treasury tooling to replace manual processes.
• Lead engagement with regulators, external auditors, and asset managers regarding treasury and safeguarding matters.
• Forecast net interest income and provide treasury inputs for financial models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in treasury, ALM, fixed income, or portfolio management at a regulated financial institution
• Direct experience with client money or safeguarding under PSD2 / EMD
• Experience building or materially rebuilding a treasury function
