Senior Scrum Master

About the role

You will take ownership of Agile delivery effectiveness across one or more software squads, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and business stakeholders. This role involves turning complex priorities into predictable, sustainable delivery while contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery practices across the wider organization. You will operate in a multi-squad environment, managing dependencies and influencing outcomes across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Create the conditions for effective delivery, ensuring Agile events, stakeholder interactions and team collaboration help Squads make informed decisions.
• Coach Squads, Product stakeholders and leadership, helping them apply Agile thinking pragmatically.
• Identify, manage and remove impediments, risks and dependencies that impact delivery performance.
• Partner with Market Product Managers to strengthen backlog refinement, sprint readiness and roadmap execution.
• Collaborate with Tech Writers to ensure documentation activities are planned and aligned with delivery objectives.
• Use delivery insights and Agile metrics to improve predictability, transparency and sustainable ways of working.
• Coordinate with Scrum Masters, Chapters and stakeholders to resolve cross-team dependencies and systemic delivery challenges.
• Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters and contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in Agile software delivery environments
• Professional working proficiency in English
