Scrum Master / Delivery Enabler

About the role

As a Delivery Enabler, you will guide interdisciplinary teams through the AI transformation and help evolve the role of the Scrum Master. You will work closely with development teams to remove obstacles, manage stakeholder interests, and ensure efficient communication flows. You will also integrate AI agents into team processes and contribute to the ongoing development of the company's delivery enablement practices.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen teams by removing obstacles and fostering effective working structures.
• Manage stakeholder interests to ensure clear and efficient communication and decision-making.
• Secure delivery by using metrics to make the value contribution of your role visible and addressing risks early.
• Enable teams to optimally integrate AI agents and tools into their processes.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Enabler guild to share knowledge and evolve the role definition.
