Product Manager - EV Charging

About the role

This is a hands-on Technical Product Management role focused on the intersection of software, hardware, and external platform integrations within the EV charging sector. You will own and evolve ecosystem services and integrations to ensure an effortless and reliable charging experience for drivers. The role involves working closely with engineers, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive product development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and evolution of key ecosystem components, integrations and services.
• Own the budget for development and design initiatives in your area.
• Coordinate API and system integrations across internal teams and external suppliers.
• Take ownership of product quality and continuously improve planning and maintenance processes.
• Identify customer pain points and market opportunities to translate them into product improvements.
• Prioritise work using value-based frameworks in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Translate business and technical needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Run Scrum processes and coordinate work packages with internal colleagues.
