Operations Lead

About the role

The Operations Lead will oversee daily business operations, coordinating resources and processes across production, development, and project management. This role involves supporting the managing director by streamlining operational structures to facilitate company growth and scaling. The position requires a hands-on approach to managing complex technical projects and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily business operations across workshop, production, development, procurement, and flight operations.
• Manage multiple parallel development, delivery, and research projects regarding timelines, resources, quality, and budgets.
• Prioritize tasks and resources weekly while resolving operational conflicts independently.
• Oversee production, final inspection, and delivery of drone systems.
• Develop and refine efficient operational processes in project planning, purchasing, inventory, and quality management.
• Manage interfaces between development, production, and project management teams.
• Coordinate compliance topics including export control, customs, and documentation.
