Founder's Associate

About the role

As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the founders to manage operational tasks including hiring, data protection, and product setup. You will also lead independent projects focused on growth, such as process automation and market experiments. This role is designed for students seeking a hands-on, full-time internship in a fast-growing AI startup.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing and candidate communication
• Maintain internal operations, tools, and documentation
• Assist with data protection and compliance tasks
• Set up new customer projects and prepare project data
• Build and maintain internal AI workflows and automations
• Execute independent growth projects using tools like Notion, Zapier, or n8n
