Responsibilities

• Own engineering delivery for major product areas while ensuring speed and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to translate product requirements into technical execution.
• Drive technical architecture decisions across APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
• Set and maintain engineering standards for code quality, testing, and security.
• Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Improve engineering processes, tooling, and automation to enhance team velocity.
