Senior AI Product Engineer

About the role

As a Senior AI Product Engineer, you will identify and build AI opportunities from start to finish to support legal workflows. You will work across product squads to turn unaddressed topics into functional products and serve as a technical advisor for AI-related initiatives. This role requires a balance of independent project development and collaborative support for existing product teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities in legal workflows and validate them through prototypes
• Develop and deploy AI solutions including routing, chaining, summarization, and agent-based loops
• Hand off mature features to product squads with full documentation and evaluation plans
• Assess feasibility, costs, risks, and model selection for new AI features
• Design evaluations, golden datasets, and guardrails for AI deployments
• Review concepts for prompt injection and compliance risks
• Advance AI best practices including observability and agent-based coding workflows
