Manager of Implementations, High Touch - EMEA

About the role

As the Manager of High Touch Implementations for EMEA, you will lead a team of Implementation Specialists to ensure high-quality onboarding experiences for mid-market customers. You will oversee delivery, partner cross-functionally to support scoping and planning, and evolve implementation processes for the regional market. This role requires a balance of team leadership, project management, and technical product expertise to drive customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale an EMEA-based team of Implementation Specialists.
• Oversee the delivery of segment-aligned implementation experiences.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Define and evolve implementation delivery strategies for the EMEA market.
• Manage complex enterprise projects, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are aligned.
• Act as a proactive guide and advocate for customers throughout the implementation period.
