Head of Product Design

About the role

Luxury Presence is seeking a Head of Product Design to define and lead the design discipline at a high-growth AI-driven real estate platform. This role involves setting the design vision, establishing standards, and leading a talented team to create exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will be an AI-forward leader capable of scaling design operations while maintaining high quality and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and publish a Product Design strategy within the first 90 days
• Establish design principles, standards, and a unique market point of view
• Partner with Product and Engineering to drive platform engagement and weekly active users
• Lead, develop, and scale the Product Design team while fostering a culture of feedback and accountability
• Integrate AI tools and workflows into the design practice to increase velocity
