About the role
The Chief Technology Officer will own the technical outcome of NIX ANGELS, including the production line, roadmap, and technical team. This role involves driving digital transformation, managing technical budgets, and leading the development of a fully automated clothing production line. You will work directly with the founder to solve complex manufacturing challenges and secure technical credibility with investors.
Responsibilities
- Manage the production line roadmap and milestones to achieve proof of concept by April 2027.
- Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives including IoT and AI-driven predictive maintenance.
- Hire, lead, and develop the technical team.
- Negotiate with Product and Design teams regarding garment features for automation.
- Manage supplier acquisition, technical budgets, and funding case documentation.
- Oversee machine safety, CE conformity, and intellectual property strategy.
