About the role

As a Senior Lead Consultant for Defense & Resilience, you will advise private defense companies and security-related public sector clients on high-security digitalization and transformation projects. You will bridge the gap between technical expertise and military or governmental requirements to develop resilient strategies and solutions. Your role involves managing complex projects from conceptualization to implementation while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise private and public clients in the defense and security sector on high-security digitalization and transformation projects.
• Analyze complex professional, organizational, and technological challenges to develop robust solutions and target architectures.
• Translate military capabilities and operational requirements into concrete digital solutions.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and concepts for the digitalization of security-relevant processes.
• Manage projects from strategic conception to implementation and ensure customer value.
• Facilitate workshops with various stakeholders to align professional, technological, and strategic perspectives.
• Collaborate with experts in development, architecture, and delivery to ensure high-quality results.
• Monitor technological and security policy developments to provide relevant insights for clients and the service portfolio.
