About the role

As the Global Service Center Supply Chain & Inventory Engineer, you will act as the global business reference for supply chain and inventory management across the service center network. You are responsible for ensuring parts availability, optimizing stock levels, and harmonizing processes to support operational and financial performance. This role involves driving continuous improvement, managing supply chain tools, and leading strategic projects to enhance global logistics efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global supply and inventory levels to ensure parts availability while controlling costs.
  • Define and pilot demand planning and replenishment processes to ensure consistency between forecasts and operational needs.
  • Establish logistics performance standards and support local teams in managing transport partners.
  • Guarantee the coherence and efficiency of supply chain processes across all service centers.
  • Act as a Super Key User for supply chain tools including SAP, DDMRP, and Power BI.
  • Define and track supply chain KPIs and lead performance reviews with regional teams.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic projects related to logistics organization, system evolutions, and process digitalization.
